Friggi America is pleased to announce the appointment of Steven Blay as Executive Vice-President, effective February 2026. In this role, Steven will lead initiatives to accelerate organizational growth, expand strategic offerings, and strengthen the company’s long-term business direction. He will work closely with Ben Fuschino, President and Founder of Friggi America, to support the company’s next phase of development.

Steven brings more than 25 years of experience in the industrial and construction sectors, most recently serving as Division Manager & Head of Energy & Industry at Hilti Canada. He has a proven track record in developing and executing corporate strategies, delivering strong business performance, and fostering organizational culture rooted in values and accountability. As Friggi America enters a new chapter of expansion, Steven’s customer‑centric leadership and deep industry expertise will be instrumental to advancing the company’s vision.
