Friggi America is pleased to announce the appointment of Steven Blay as Executive Vice-President , effective February 2026. In this role, Steven will lead initiatives to accelerate organizational growth, expand strategic offerings, and strengthen the company’s long-term business direction. He will work closely with Ben Fuschino , President and Founder of Friggi America , to support the company’s next phase of development.

Steven brings more than 25 years of experience in the industrial and construction sectors, most recently serving as Division Manager & Head of Energy & Industry at Hilti Canada. He has a proven track record in developing and executing corporate strategies, delivering strong business performance, and fostering organizational culture rooted in values and accountability. As Friggi America enters a new chapter of expansion, Steven’s customer‑centric leadership and deep industry expertise will be instrumental to advancing the company’s vision.
